Hayfever – (Aether Bios Clinic) Bridgeford’s Best Bites: Nutrition Tips

Hayfever can bring misery for its many sufferers at various stages diana-polekhina-REYb3IaZjj4-unsplashthrough the warmer seasons

The allergic reaction creates histamine, mucous and inflammation and taxes the immune system.

It may seem to start suddenly and often relates to a pollen, plant or tree blooming at a particular time of year. The timing may help to identify the offending allergen. Anti-histamines give relief by blocking the histamine reaction. Natural treatment looks to support and strengthen the system for a long term prevention, though takes time to give relief so may need to be combined with drug treatment. Although hayfever is not food related, it may be helpful to limit high histamine foods.
