Super Foods in the Daily Diet: (Aether Bios Clinic) Bridgeford’s Best Bites: Nutrition Tips

cResearch has shown that these foods can have important health benefits. The quantities required for success in some studies is large and would need supplementation rather than food. Several studies have been on animals not humans , though as you probably already have many of them in your kitchen, it may be wise to regularly include them in your diet.

CHILI  (sprinkle on salads, add to stews)
