Terms & Condiditions

For the cancellation of Lin’s one day Workshops and unless otherwise stated on the booking form (with the exclusion of (CoSH)® Practitioner Training Courses):

Up to 4 calendar weeks’ notice – you will receive a full refund of money paid or the offer to transfer payment to another workshop, subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.

Less than 4 calendar weeks’ notice but not less than 2 weeks – No refund as the venue is paid for by this time, however you can transfer payment to another workshop at a later date, subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.

Less than 2 weeks’ notice (including for reasons of illness) – no refund given as the venue is booked and paid for by this time

Cancellation of (CoSH)® ‘In Person’ Training Courses:

Up to 4 calendar weeks’ notice of course start date* – you will receive a full refund of the money paid or the offer to transfer payment to another workshop, subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.
Less than 4 calendar weeks’ notice of course start date* – all payments are non-refundable as the venue is secured and paid for at this time. However, if Lin is running another (CoSH)® training in person or online at a later date, and there is space, you can transfer payment to that course. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.

Cancellation of CoSH Online Practitioner Training Courses:

Up to 4 calendar weeks’ notice of course start date* = full refund given or offer to transfer payment to another (CoSH)® training run by Lin subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.
Less than 4 calendar weeks’ notice but not less than 2 weeks of course start date* = 50% of fee refunded and offer to transfer to another (CoSH)® training run by Lin subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.

Less than 2 calendar weeks’ notice of course start date* (including for reasons of illness) = No refund given however payment can be transferred to another (CoSH)® training run by Lin, subject to availability. Only one transfer permitted per participant.

* The “course” refers to all training weekends beginning at Part One and up to and including Part Five. The course “start date” is the Part One weekend.
