CONTRAINDICATIONS
Sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people. However, it is advised by the College of Sound Healing to not receive Sound Healing if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have steel rods in the body, a pacemaker or suffer from Tinnitus, Ménière’s disease or Epilepsy. It is also not advisable to receive the Gong if you are diagnosed with Psychosis.

Parking in surrounding streets
Arrive to settle in from 6.45 pm - Doors close at 7 pm.
Bring a mat or blow-up matress, blankets, pillows, warm socks, water, etc.
Feel free to stay for a cup of herb tea and a bit of social afterwards.
