What’s included:
A private session for 1-3 people, total cost £105 for 1.5 hours.
If you are happy to share to keep costs down, I have some lovely past attendees who are willing to make up numbers.
Starting with a beautiful cacao ceremony setting clear intentions with guidance from an experienced healer.
Taking time to formulate clear ideas of what you are looking for then allowing the sound bath to activate your intentions.
You will lay on a comfortable bed with a blanket and soft lighting. You just need to bring yourself.
After the cacao ceremony, you will be invited to lay down and connect with your breathing to start the relaxation process and the Sound Bath.
After the Sound Bath you will be invited back to full awareness, and we will make sure you are grounded before leaving.
Tea/coffee and biscuits will be available.
With nearly 40 years of sound therapy experience, our Gong Meditation Sound Baths create a healing space for your peace of mind, wellbeing and freedom. It is like taking a healing journey – back to yourself.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people. However, it is advised by the College of Sound Healing to not receive Sound Healing if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have steel rods in the body, a pacemaker or suffer from Tinnitus, Ménière’s disease or Epilepsy. It is also not advisable to receive the Gong if you are diagnosed with Psychosis.
